Frequently asked questions

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Store Credit Only

All eligible returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Store credit may be used toward future purchases at The Lady Box.

This policy does not limit refunds or other
remedies required by applicable law.

14-Day
Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14
calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Free from makeup, stains, perfume, deodorant, and odors.
In its original condition with all tags attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

The Lady Box reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

Store Credit Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected,
approved store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Store credit will be issued for the eligible
merchandise amount, excluding original shipping charges unless otherwise
required by law.

Store credit does not expire.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for sizing issues, changes of mind, or personal preferences.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or
incorrect, The Lady Box will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional
return-shipping expense to the customer.

Please contact us for return authorization before sending merchandise back.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a
complete, accurate, and secure shipping address at checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery address is a safe and reliable location where packages can be received without risk of
theft, loss, or unauthorized removal.

We strongly encourage customers to select a delivery location where someone is available to receive packages, particularly
for high-value purchases.

The Lady Box is not responsible for delivery
delays, additional shipping expenses, or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from
incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Missing & Stolen Packages

A missing or stolen package does not
automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If a shipping carrier confirms that an order was delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, but the package is
subsequently reported missing or stolen, The Lady Box is not responsible for
replacing or refunding the order unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to:

Verify the shipping address before completing their purchase.
Monitor tracking updates and estimated delivery dates.
Arrange for someone to receive packages when possible.
Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom personnel if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.
Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a missing-package investigation.

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact us so we can review the available tracking
information and assist with an appropriate carrier inquiry.

Packages that are lost in transit,
misdelivered, or never delivered will be reviewed individually. The Lady Box will work with the shipping carrier and
fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution, including any
refund or replacement required by law.

Filing a missing-package report does not guarantee compensation.

Nothing in this policy limits customers' rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale when clearly
designated as such before purchase:

Clearance merchandise marked Final Sale.
Special-order merchandise marked Final Sale.

Final-sale restrictions do not override applicable consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or
incorrect, contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your
order number and photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an
appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Customers may return eligible merchandise for store credit and place a new order for their preferred size, color, or style.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
